Smailes Goldie

Leading Hull accountancy firm, Smailes Goldie celebrated its 125th anniversary in 2024. After acquiring Scarborough practice Moore Stephens in 2022, the firm asked D3 to carry out space planning and design for an office move in Scarborough.

Feasibility studies were carried out on two buildings, which helped the firm establish which one would work best for them. Upon completing the purchase of the new building, Smailes Goldie tasked D3 with providing design, refurbishment and fit out services as well as supplying new furniture for the building.

The result is an airy environment with good working and meeting space and improved collaboration through circulation of colleagues compared to the old building.
