Covid-19 – Service Update

We would like to reassure all our customers that we are open and here to support your business with deliveries of essential supplies.

We have carried out a review of our operation to ensure social distancing takes place within our warehouses. Driver briefings have been carried out to ensure that social distancing also takes place whilst deliveries are made to our customers. Drivers have been provided with hand gel.

A number of the sales and administration team have been temporarily furloughed and the majority of the remaining team are working from home. We are fortunate to have invested heavily in IT infrastructure over the last two years and our telephone and computer systems can easily be operated remotely.

Please bear with us whilst we operate a slightly slimmed-down operation. Some supplies have become more difficult to obtain and enquiries are therefore taking a little longer to process. As we have also cut back on some van routes, some deliveries may now take up to 48 hours rather than the usual next-day service.
