To access our online ordering system please login at the top of our website or register for a login. We can set up an online account for you the same day and quickly demonstrate its powerful features.
For every online client we set up an order pad that reflects the items you purchase most frequently and provides up to the minute net price information, so you can be confident that the price you see is what you pay when placing an order.
The favourites feature allows you to group together the products you order regularly into shopping lists. More than one favourites list can be generated, grouping products by order type, department or site.
We have invested heavily in recent months in the quality of data, descriptions and images available for the products demonstrated on our website. Please try out the search function and let us know what you think?
All orders placed with D3 will be shown in the order history tab irrespective of whether they’ve been ordered by phone, email or the online system, which puts valuable information at your fingertips.
We endeavour to keep lead times as short as possible, but special items such as furniture, print and workwear can take longer to be fulfilled than office stationery. Any outstanding orders can be tracked via this function.
The Accounts tab details all recent invoices and also provides the facility to print a statement of your account.
If you’ve asked us to provide you with a quote, the “Quote” tab will appear when you login. You can accept the quote online or call us to discuss it. Once the quote has been agreed and become a firm order the quote tab will disappear from view.
Some of our clients have multiple users for their account, which can create budgetary problems if aspects of online ordering aren’t regulated. Our online system is extremely flexible in this regard; restrictions can be placed on order values, delivery addresses, non-contract items or even by department. Although not often requested, we have the facility to link our online system to our client’s enterprise computer system via EDI. If it is easier for you to send your orders to us electronically via your system please call to discuss.
