Paper prices are set to rise by up to 10% during April 2010 as a consequence of strikes at Finnish paper mills and lack of pulp due to the recent Chilean earthquake. Chile produces around 8% of the world’s pulp and has seen production in a number of factories come to a standstill following the earthquake.
