We make every effort to ensure your goods arrive in first class condition and only purchase quality goods from reputable suppliers. Should you have a problem with any product supplied please call and we’ll put things right as soon as we can.
Product warranties vary from product to product. Some office machines are supported by a “repair on site” service, whereas others can be exchanged. Therefore, we will normally refer to manufacturer policies before deciding which way to act on your behalf. However, as always we are not a faceless organisation and will do our best to resolve a problem as quickly as possible.

Many of our suppliers have tightened up their policies for items being returned as “No longer required”. We would respectively ask that any catalogue items you wish to return;
- Have been purchased within the last 10 days
- Are in their original packaging
- Have not been used

Bespoke items or specials generally cannot be returned, as these have been ordered or manufactured specially for each client. Examples include;
- Printed forms
- Office furniture
- Non-catalogue office supplies
